Where do I start? That is a good question.
When starting something new, people always ask questions. Bible reading, diet, projects, and new craft- you get the idea.
Even as a seasoned Christian, I ask myself that often. What does it look like? It will depend on the season you are in in life to know what it looks like.
Some do a very in-depth Bible reading and study, while others look at one scripture. Others may open the Bible and see where God leads. There are good apps out there, too. All of these are good options.
So, where do you start? Prayer: Ask God what He wants to show you and how. All these options are excellent but may not fit you, so why not ask the one who knows you best?
I feel I need to say again that God knows you best. Psalms 139 is an excellent chapter in the Bible that tells you just how much God knows and loves you.
