Embrace change; the outcome can be beautiful.
Change can be something we all struggle with at one time or another. We are comfortable in where we are. Or maybe it is something you don’t know what it will look like and can be scary.
You put your foot in to see how the water feels when swimming. Then the question is, do you wade in or jump in? This can be a lot like a change in our life.
In Ecclesiastes 3:1-9 we are shown, “To everything there is a season…” Seasons change in our world. Suppose we look at winter, spring, summer, and fall. Everything has a purpose, a season, and a reason. God created it this way. So is our life.
The real question is, are you just happy and content where you are and how your life is? Are you ready for a change? Especially if you don’t know what it may look like.
In 1997, God showed me the scripture Titus 2:4. This began a BIG change and CHALLENGE in my life. Starting a nonprofit from the bottom up is challenging. 2 Corinthians 5:7 Walking by Faith and not by sight is how I approached this change.
Trust in a God; I cannot see to provide for something I know He had called me to do. I would not have done it on my own. It is much easier to go to a job for a paycheck than to trust and believe in God for finances and the future. This was and continues to be my change, trying something new.
I would not change a thing in my past, and I am all in with God on where He has my future.
So, are you willing to try something new? See where God leads you. I know it won’t be easy, but it will be an adventure you won’t forget.
Try something new and say Yes to Jesus.
IN HIM
