So, I was thinking of all the well-known artists. There are just a few: Vincent van Gogh, Pablo Picasso, Leonardo da Vinci, Rembrandt, and Michelangelo. We know of their works, and they are beautiful.
I am pondering the one who is better than all these put together. Who you might be thinking. It is God.
Have you ever stopped to look around at creation, the sunsets, sunrises, color change of the leaves in the fall, and how the clouds dance in the sky? To name a few. God has the most enormous canvas to show us his creativity. Genesis 1:1-3 says, “God created the world”. God didn’t stop there. He has made beauty for us to be held daily since the beginning.
I forgot one: how about your body (hair color, eyes, height, fingerprint, face shape)? We were created by God just the way we are. Genesis 1:27 says we were “created in his image.”
Sky-watching is what I enjoy doing. To look at the enormous canvas of the sky every day and then to ponder God made all beauty for us to embrace each day.
So, ponder this, but ask God to give your eyes to see His creativity around you.
