I would like to tell you a little about how Titus Ministry has helped me and my grandson out. I'll start by giving you a little back ground about
my situation. In August of 2016 I had gotten rid of all my belongings, except clothes so I could move to Arizona to live with my sister. I was
there about a month when I got a phone call telling me that my grandson was being placed in foster care. So I made a few calls and verified
that it was true, but because I was so far away, there was nothing I could do. This made me very homesick, and I needed to get back home so I could do something to help my grandson.

I was at first approved to take him in as a foster child, but as I said in the beginning, I had gotten rid of everything, so I had nothing to furnish a home with. I talked with Mary and she had told me to come on over and look through all the garage sale stuff she had, and I should be able to find some things in there. Which I did and it really helped my grandson and me out.

Another way the Ministry helped was with gas cards. Because it was only one month tell school let out, they told me I had to get my grandson back and fourth to school tell the end of the school year, and I could sign him up in the new
school at the beginning of the new school year.

The problem with that was I had to cover the cost to get him back and fourth to school. And the trip was 88 miles one way. I had just moved, so that's were all my money had just went and I didn't know how I was going to cover the gas. At first I borrowed from everyone I could think of, but I ran out of people to ask.

Mary and the Titus Ministry helped me out with some gas cards so I could get him there for the last week of his school. I really don't know what I would have done without Mary and the Titus Ministry. After receiving the help that I did, I'm thinking I would like to do something like this myself. God Bless!
