Justification

Justification, just what is that in God’s eyes? The definition is the action of declaring or making righteous in the sight of God. This happens when you accept Jesus Christ as your Savior and are born again.

This goes along with mercy and grace. Justification is how God sees you after you turn your life over to Him and accept what Jesus did on the cross.

From that moment on, God does not see you or me anymore. He sees Jesus Christ. It isn’t something we can see, feel, or touch here on earth. You can tell it happened when the old you were changed, and you had nothing to do with it.  What?

1995, I rededicated my life, and the connection between my head, knowledge, and heart collided. At that point, my life changed. I knew I wanted to study, but the one thing I didn’t realize was that God had changed the way I talked in an instant. There was no need for a quarter jar for every time I cussed. I was unaware of this change until my boss said thank you for the change in you. What? I asked him. He then told me he was going to talk to me about my language (see, I was hurting, and swearing was something I did a lot). So when my head and heart met, God performed a miracle and changed how I talked.

This is an outward sign something has changed inside. I was justified in God’s eyes, and he changed something in me to show me.
