My thoughts today go to John 3:16: “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” Then the Sunday school song Yes, Jesus Loves Me comes to my mind.
The focus is on the love of God and Jesus—I remember when I came out of church one Sunday. I had accepted Christ and was learning much about Him. But that morning, I knew, that I knew, that I knew, Jesus loves my heart. My heart was full of love from Heaven.
I have heard the most challenging distance to travel is from the head to the heart and from your knees to the floor.
