Do you see the path before you?

We all set our eyes on what we want our future to look like. Where are we going? What are we going to do to get there? Who do I know to help me?

These are all good questions, and it is essential to look to the future. Many of us get stuck in our past. Looking at how or what I did to get here and try to duplicate it again, WHY?  Especially if you find yourself in a place you don’t want to be. We cannot change our past. It is good to look back and learn. Not to build a camp and stay there!

Is 43:18-19 is such a great scripture. Someone once told me our life is a motion picture. Everything in our past is just a snapshot. Are you still trying to figure out where we are to focus? We need to look and see the new path God is putting before us.

I can tell you it will always look different from what you think. God knows what we will run into and where He needs us to get to. Are you looking for His road through the wilderness? Or how about the river He has put in your desert place to refresh our soul?

As we walk through this day and the coming ones, let us ask God to show us His path and river.

In Ps 23 states He is our shepherd. So why will we not follow Him or His path for our life?

Ponder this today.
