Greetings,
Have you ever started a recipe without reading it, only to realize you don’t have some of the ingredients?
Even when baking, every ingredient has a reason. Baking soda can not be substituted for baking powder.

Such is life. We all have a reason for being here, and we each bring something to those around us.
It would make much more sense if we looked at life like this. God’s word talks about this in 1 Corinthians 12:15-26. Everything has a purpose and is needed.
So, at a job, Bible study, or organization, we all need to realize that EVERYONE has value and a reason for being there. The question would be, are we connecting with them and encouraging them?
We all need encouragement, even leaders. Leaders cannot lead well if they are always “supposed to have the answer.” This is why we need each other.
Today, embrace those around you. Please encourage your family and those you work with, live with, or see in the store, and have a word of encouragement for them. You may be the hope they need for the day.
We need to stop being critical and start being ENCOURAGING! We all are connected somehow.
IN HIM
